Who’s Responsible


What are they doing?

The UK Parliament passed the Equality Act in 2010 which makes sex a protected characteristic, whilst also prohibiting sexual harassment and workplace discrimination. The Senedd is committed to gender equality in Wales, and advocates for an equal sharing of power, resources and influence for all women, men and non-binary people. The Welsh Government has created the Advanced Gender Equality in Wales Plan which sets out its priorities for the short and medium term.


What can you do?
